Saskia Brown is the driving force behind Lifetree Marketing & Media. With a passion for travel and hospitality and seeing businesses thrive, along with an MBA from the University of Cape Town, she brings both creative flair and sharp business acumen to the table. Saskia has a knack for understanding the unique needs of each client, helping award-winning hotels and lodges thrive through targeted sales and marketing strategies.

Saskia is a serial entrepreneur, currently co-leading four startups. She’s the proud mom of two teens, two dogs, and one very large cat. Outside the office, Saskia can be found exploring Cape Town and further afield, enjoying the city's natural beauty through exercise, swimming, and the occasional surfing adventure. She also loves to relax with a good book or by cooking up something delicious.

Kirsty

Portfolio Manager & Brand Strategist
With a deep love for travel and discovering the gems of Southern Africa, Kirsty brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to her role. Having nearly a decade of experience in the luxury travel space, she possesses a keen eye for detail and a passion for collaborating with brands to cultivate fresh ideas and helping them discover their voice. Heading the marketing division, Kirsty excels at developing brand strategies, curating content and communicating a brand's unique essence through storytelling.

Beyond the office, Kirsty's passions include ticking off travel bucket lists, dancing, and keeping the local coffee industry in business single-handedly (disclaimer: easily bribed with coffee, you should try it). And if the caffeine isn't enough, you might just find her experimenting with botanicals – after all, she is the proud co-owner of indiGINous, an award-winning local craft gin brand.

Daina is passionate about the beauty of Southern Africa. With just under a decade's experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Daina's sales strategies aren't just effective; they're designed to showcase and unlock unforgettable experiences for your guests. Her experience ranges from game lodges and luxury villas to boutique hotels and magical nature escapes. With a passion for connecting with people and building relationships, Daina helps you weave the magic of Africa and its gorgeous accommodations into any itinerary, ensuring your clients return with memories that last a lifetime.

Daina brings an infectious energy to everything she does, whether she's attending product updates/introducing new products, making travel dreams a reality, spending time with friends and family, going for long walks or planning her next trip.

Jessica

Digital Curator & Account Manager
If there’s one thing Jess knows how to do, it’s bring brands to life in the digital world. With a passion for travel and tourism that began back in 2018, Jess has become a social media wizard, crafting scroll-stopping content and building meaningful connections between brands and their audiences. Think of her as the mastermind behind the posts you double-tap and the captions you can’t help but love.

When she’s not curating the perfect Instagram grid or managing accounts with flair, you’ll find Jess indulging in her other passions: devouring sushi like it’s an Olympic sport, exploring new destinations, or soaking up the serenity of a nature walk. And yes, she’s also a proud cat lover – if you need a good cat meme, she’s your go-to.

Berdene is a whizz with numbers and enjoys ‘the bottom line’. She has worked for many prominent hospitality establishments locally and abroad, and has made her home in the beautiful Mother City. She enjoys time spent with family and friends along with a good bottle of bubbly, as well as treating herself to a night of comedy.
